SUNAPRIME 603

The Sunaprime 603 is a quick-drying epoxy primer.

Excellent adhesion to metal

The Sunaprime 603 has excellent adhesion to steel, treated aluminum and aged galvanized steel. Good anti-corrosive protection. It dries quickly and has good flexibility.

Can be used on trailers, wagons, industrial equipment, truck chassis, snow blowers, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment.

The quality of the preparation is essential for adherence. The surface to be covered must be clean and free of any contamination.

Drying time

Drying time was calculated at 77°F or 25°C at 40% humidity. Dust-free drying is 10-15 minutes. For ready to handle, it is from 30-40 minutes. Ready to cover afterwards 1 hour, dependent on humidity and ambient temperature.

The hardener for this product is 603-000B. We have also formulated a hardener that helps keep the liquid in place during application., which saves you from behind the scenes. It's 603-001B. You mix 3 parts by volume of A for 1 volume part of B.

Colors and gloss

The Sunaprime 603 is matte and we offer it to you in gray.

Application temperature

This primer is applicable between 10°C to 30°C at a humidity level which does not exceed 80%. It is important to find these conditions during application and for drying time.
