SUNAGUARD 7000

The Sunaguard 7000 is an aliphatic polyurethane which gives a mirror shine. This product is formulated to provide a very aesthetic finish, good exterior durability.

Excellent aesthetic properties

The Sunaguard 7000, gives you a wet finish (Wet look), very good durability. It offers you very good hardness as well as good flexibility. Retention of color and gloss is remarkable.

Can be used on trailers, wagons, industrial equipment, commercial vehicles, truck cabin, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, rolling equipment.

For epoxy primer, we recommend Temacoat gpls or Sunaprime 612.

Drying time

Drying time was calculated at 77°F or 25°C at 40% humidity. Dust-free drying is 1 hours. For ready to handle, it is from 12 hours.sec at depth 72 hours.

The steel temperature must be at least 3°C ​​above the dew point.

Mix 2 parts by volume of A for 1 part of volume in B.

Minimum drying time required before masking

With the 7030B rapid catalyst, it is from 12 hours.

Application temperature

This polyurethane is applicable between 10°C to 30°C at a humidity level which does not exceed 80%. It is important to find these conditions during application and for drying time.
